This home read more like a traditional cabin with dark wood floors and beams and defined spaces. Damour Drake created a light-filled interior by replacing an exterior wall with 16 feet of sliding glass doors to look out unto this home’s amazing views. We also lightened up the floor in the entire house and removed three walls on the main floor to create a modern loft space. Finally, we had a custom railing made to replace the traditional colonial one.
