Damour Drake was hired to build out this 1200 square foot space. The client wanted an open loft feel that incorporated private spaces while maintaining sight lines throughout the entire apartment. We accomplished this by using six-foot wide pocket doors at either end of the apartment that, when opened, provide uninterrupted views of the entire main space. We also decorated the loft, including designing custom furniture and built-ins.
